Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank public holidays). “Processing time” covers the period from order confirmation until goods leave our fulfilment warehouse.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We dispatch all orders from our UK warehouse to deliver cleaning goods across the United Kingdom.

Shipping Origin: All items ship from our UK fulfilment facility at Newbury, UK.
Estimated Transit Time after dispatch: 3–7 UK business days.
Total lead time from checkout to receipt: roughly 4–10 business days.

Shipping Cost

We provide Free Standard UK Shipping on all valid orders; no hidden packing, handling or delivery surcharges.

Tax Information

UK VAT: All displayed product prices include applicable UK VAT in line with HMRC requirements. No extra customs duty for domestic UK deliveries.
Customs: Customs fees do not apply for UK mainland, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland domestic shipments.

After despatch, an automated email with unique tracking number and courier link will be sent to your registered inbox. You may track delivery progress via the email link or the order page on our website.

Delivery Delays

All delivery durations are estimated only; delays can arise from adverse weather, courier backlogs or unforeseen logistics issues. We will assist you to investigate delayed parcels upon your support request.
